Maureen Carter is a veteran paralegal with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in personal injury, immigration, commercial litigation, and family law, and this diverse background helps her to see cases from unique perspectives and find creative solutions to problems. Maureen has been with Duke Seth since 2016 and has helped hundreds of clients through the personal injury claim and litigation process. As Senior Paralegal, Maureen also trains new employees and supervises the firm’s paralegal staff.

Maureen moved to Texas from Idaho in 1999 and has 3 grown children, 9 grandchildren, and 1 loving cat. She is a Texas Rangers baseball fan and enjoys going to games, RV camping trips with her husband, and travel with family and friends.
