Gagandeep (Meenu) K. Seth
About
Meenu Seth is an experienced personal injury attorney with a demonstrated history of results. As one of the founding partner of Duke Seth, PLLC, Meenu has tried and settled many complex personal injury and wrongful death cases—often resulting from catastrophic car and trucking accidents and obtained several million dollars in settlements for client all over Texas.
Meenu understands that everyone has a story, and her first priority is listening to her clients to ensure that she understands them and serve their needs. She aggressively litigates her cases, providing constant feedback, recommendations and updates to her clients. She takes each case to heart, investing deeply in every detail and carrying that commitment throughout the process for the best possible outcomes.
She has represented clients against some of the largest insurance companies and businesses. Her trial experience, negotiation skills, and continued training has only enhanced her ability to connect with her clients and jurors alike, making her a highly effective attorney for personal injury victims and the families of those wrongfully killed. She has been recognized by various organizations for her work, knowledge, and success in the courtroom. She is a member of various prestigious organizations like the Multi-million Dollars Advocates Forum (Lifetime Member), Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Bar College.
Caring and compassion for the clients comes naturally to Meenu as she enjoys being mother to her two teenagers and two fur babies. Spending time with her family and cooking for her loved ones is her way of expressing love for them. She loves to travel to new countries and other places in United States to experience new cultures and cuisines as much as she loves traveling all over Texas to represent her clients.
